Disabled Veterans Call Center, LLC dba Disabled Veteran Solutions was founded in 2015 by President, Joseph DiFuccia, a service-disabled Army Veteran? According to Joe, his motivation came from a desire to offer meaningful employment to Veterans, disabled Veterans and their family members.
Our first program began in 2016 when we were hired to staff a large call center in Mississippi. We then took our first calls at our Erie Call Center in August 2017 with a total staff of five. Fast forward to 2021 and we have 17 clients and employees in over a dozen states, most in a work from home scenario due to the current pandemic conditions.
Thanks to the dedication and competence of the DVS staff, we can only imagine how much further we will grow in the next five years!
